GOAL Investment Inc. agrees to deploy, configure, and support the AulTekVentory AI-powered inventory management system for the Client's warehouse operation(s) as specified below.

Payment Terms: The one-time setup fee of $999.00 is due upon signing. Monthly service fees are due on the same calendar day each month beginning 30 days after the system go-live date. Payments accepted via PayPal, check, or ACH. Invoices are issued by GOAL Investment Inc.
Terms & Conditions
Term: This agreement is month-to-month. No long-term contract is required.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No early termination penalty.
Data Ownership: All inventory data belongs to the Client. Upon cancellation, Client data is exported and provided in a standard format within 7 business days.
Go-Live Timeline: System will be fully operational within 14 calendar days of signed agreement and receipt of setup payment.
Uptime: GOAL Investment Inc. targets 99% system availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
Users: Unlimited user accounts are included. Client is responsible for managing user access and credentials.
Support: Support is provided directly by GOAL Investment Inc. via phone and email during normal business hours (Mon–Fri 7AM–6PM, Sat 8AM–4PM CT).
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential during and after the term of this agreement.
Modifications: Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Warranty Terms: The AulTekVentory warranty covers system defects, platform failures, and data integrity issues caused by the system itself. It does not cover issues resulting from Client hardware failure, unauthorized modifications, or loss of internet connectivity. Warranty is valid only while the monthly service fee is current. GOAL Investment Inc. will remedy any covered defect within the SLA window for the Client's selected plan at no additional charge.
