Physical Location Rules
🔒 Location Lock
- Your account is assigned to one warehouse
- You can only see and edit records from your site
- Location field auto-fills — cannot be changed
- Records from other locations are read-only
📦 Physical Count Requirement
- Inventory counts must be performed on-site
- You must physically see and verify each item
- Do not estimate — count what is in front of you
- Discrepancies auto-log when counts don't match
🔄 Location Transfers
- Transfers require approval from both sites
- "Moved by" must be at the source location
- "Received by" must be at the destination
- Both users must confirm before transfer closes
📋 Audit Trail
- Every action is logged with your name + timestamp
- Edits record old value and new value
- Deletions are permanently recorded
- Audit Trail cannot be edited by anyone

Open Chrome → navigate to the App URL above → log in with your assigned email and password.

Tap ⋮ menu → "Add to Home Screen" → name it AulTekVentory → tap Add. Launches full-screen.

For voice input: tap the microphone button on the Receiving page, speak product details, review the transcript, confirm.

Pair a Bluetooth headset for hands-free operation — walk the floor and dictate without touching the phone.

When uploading a photo or document, select a category from the prompt before saving. Category is required.
