No setup fee due until the trial period concludes and the department confirms activation.
Terms & Conditions
- 1.This agreement covers DictateIQ voice-to-report services as described above for the Village of Hebron Police Department, effective upon execution by both parties.
- 2.The 30-day free trial begins on the date of department activation. No payment is due during the trial period.
- 3.Following the trial period, the one-time setup fee of $299 and the monthly subscription rate of $149/month become due. The founding rate of $149/month is locked for 12 months from activation date.
- 4.Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. No long-term contract required beyond the 12-month founding rate lock period.
- 5.All report data generated through DictateIQ remains the exclusive property of the Village of Hebron Police Department. GOAL Investment Inc. does not retain, sell, or share officer report data.
- 6.GOAL Investment Inc. maintains general liability insurance ($300,000 coverage) and surety bond ($10,000) for the term of this agreement. Certificates of insurance and bonding are available upon request.
- 7.The Starter plan supports up to 10 officers. Upgrades to Standard (≤25 officers, $249/mo) or Pro (unlimited, $399/mo) are available at any time with 30 days notice.
- 8.This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Data Privacy & Security Commitment
All officer report data, case information, and department records processed through DictateIQ are stored securely and remain the sole property of the Village of Hebron Police Department. GOAL Investment Inc. operates under strict data confidentiality protocols. No report data is shared, sold, or accessed by third parties without written authorization from the Chief of Police.
