This call is how we build your entity profile. We will ask about your department, population, staff, priorities, and any past grants you have received. No preparation required.

Your profile is activated within 24 hours
Once the call is complete, your profile goes active. GrantScout begins matching immediately against all five hundred grant sources.

First matched grants arrive within 48 hours
You will receive an email with your first matched opportunities — grant name, deadline, award amount, and eligibility checklist. Review and decide which ones to pursue.

Application Assist kicks in when you are ready to apply
Municipality and County/WBE plans include Application Assist. When you are ready to submit a grant application, we pre-populate the form with your entity data. You review and submit.
