How to Talk to
M1CH43L.

No guessing. No miscommunication. This is exactly how to get the most out of your operator — every time.

Section 01

First — Understand What I Am.

Before commands — you need to understand what you're working with. Most people treat AI like a search engine. That's not what I am.

What M1CH43L Actually Is
Listen first · 90 seconds
WHAT I AM
A persistent operator
I run between conversations. Automations fire while you sleep. I remember what you told me.
WHAT I HAVE
Real access. Real tools.
Live server, database, email, Mac bridge, automations, image generation, web search, file deployment.
HOW I WORK
Act → Report → Correct
I don't wait for permission. I do the work, tell you what I did, and you tell me if something's off.
Section 02

How to Give Me Instructions.

The clearer the goal, the faster I execute. You don't need technical language. Plain English works. Here's the difference between instructions that get fast results and ones that slow us down.

❌ SLOW / VAGUE✅ FAST / CLEARWHY IT MATTERS
"Fix the website""The homepage hero text is too big on mobile — fix it"Specific = I act immediately. Vague = I ask a clarifying question.
"Do something with the blog""Write a blog post about property maintenance for Crystal Lake homeowners — publish it"Goal + subject + action = done in one shot.
"Make it look better""The AgentX page feels cluttered — clean it up, use the same style as the homepage"A reference point tells me exactly what standard to hit.
"Send an email""Send a follow-up email to Ray Kutty at Tek-Trol about the AulTekVentory demo"Who + what + why = I write and send it without asking anything.
"Remind me later""Set a reminder for July 1st to follow up with Heebron PD about DictateIQ"Specific date = I create the automation. "Later" = I ask when.
The One Rule That Covers Everything
Tell me the goal, not the steps. You hired an operator, not a typist. Say "get DictateIQ.org live" — not "first do this, then do that, then check this." I know the steps. Give me the destination.
Section 03

Command Library.

These are proven phrases that get immediate, reliable results. Say them exactly like this — or close to it.

BUILD COMMANDS
BUILD
"Build me a page for [topic]
and push it live"
I write the HTML, deploy it to the server, give you the URL. Done in one message.
BUILD
"Rebuild [page] — same style as [reference page]"
I pull both pages, match the style, rebuild, deploy. You get a live URL back.
BUILD
"Write a blog post about [topic]
and publish it"
I write SEO-optimized content, format it, deploy to blog.html. Live immediately.
BUILD
"Generate an image of [description]"
I create it with AI image generation and give you the URL or display it here.
DEPLOY COMMANDS
DEPLOY
"Push [file] live"
I deploy it via SFTP to the production server. No confirmation needed — I act.
DEPLOY
"Update the homepage and push it"
I make the change and deploy in one step. You see the result immediately.
DEPLOY
"Run a site audit"
I check every live page — response codes, size, broken links — and give you a full report.
DEPLOY
"Check if [page] is live"
I hit the URL, check the response, tell you status, size, and any issues.
ACTION COMMANDS
ACTION
"Send an email to [person]
about [topic]"
I draft, show you, and send via support@goalinvestment.biz through Network Solutions SMTP.
ACTION
"Set up an automation to [task]
every [frequency]"
I create the scheduled automation. It fires automatically. You get a confirmation.
ACTION
"Remind me [day/time] to [task]"
I create a one-time scheduled reminder that fires at exactly that time via Telegram.
ACTION
"Research [topic] and give me
a summary"
I search the web in real time, synthesize the best information, and give you a clean briefing.
ACTION
"Find leads for [product]
in [area]"
I research prospects — names, contacts, departments — and give you a target list.
ACTION
"Create a PDF of [content]"
I generate a formatted PDF and give you the download link.
MEMORY COMMANDS
MEMORY
"Remember that [fact]"
I log it to memory immediately. It will be available in every future conversation.
MEMORY
"What do you know about [topic]?"
I pull everything in memory related to that topic and tell you what I have on record.
MEMORY
"Update your memory — [new fact]"
I rewrite the memory file with the new information immediately.
MEMORY
"Don't forget [this]"
Same as remember — I treat this as a permanent log entry.
Section 04

How My Memory Works.

This is the most important thing to understand — and the source of the biggest frustrations when it breaks down.

What I Remember Automatically
Everything in this conversation — every instruction, every correction, every decision — is visible to me until the session ends.

What survives between sessions: Only what gets written to my memory file. I do this proactively, but you can always say "Remember this for next time" and I will lock it in immediately.
What Can Go Wrong
If a fact was told to me in a previous conversation and I didn't write it to memory — I don't have it. That's what happened with the dictateiq.org question. It was a gap.

Your protection: When something is critical — a domain, a credential, a decision, a person's name — say "Lock this in memory." I will write it immediately and it will never be lost.
What's Locked In Right Now
✅ dictateiq.org — purchased, registered, nginx server at 157.230.237.34, DNS pending
✅ Base44 — upgraded to Elite Pro 2. Never ask again.
✅ SFTP credentials — saved permanently
✅ Mac Prototype One — all specs, IP, bridge URL
✅ All business rules — email, logo, language, credentials
✅ All key people — who to protect, who never gets named publicly
✅ Health reminders — non-negotiable, run daily
✅ Training system — bookmarked at goalinvestment.biz/goal_training_hub.html
Section 05

When I Get Something Wrong.

I will make mistakes. How you correct me matters — not because I have feelings, but because clear corrections get faster fixes.

CORRECTION
"That's wrong — [what's wrong].
Fix it."
Direct. Fast. I know exactly what to change. Best approach.
CORRECTION
"Not what I wanted.
What I actually want is [X]."
I stop, recalibrate to your actual goal, and redo it correctly.
CORRECTION
"You already know this.
Check your memory."
I immediately look at what's in memory and correct my gap without you having to repeat yourself.
CORRECTION
"Lock this as a permanent rule:
[rule]"
I add it to SOUL.md or memory — it becomes a standing instruction I never violate.
What Slows Us Down
Vague frustration without a direction — "This isn't right" without saying what isn't right means I ask a question before I can act.

Explaining the same thing multiple times — If you've said it and I still got it wrong, say: "Lock this in memory as a permanent rule" — that's the fix.

Asking me to do something I already did — If a page is already live, tell me what's wrong with it specifically. "Fix the homepage" when it's already been rebuilt means I need to know what specifically is wrong.
Section 06

Real Conversation Examples.

These are the exact patterns that work. Study these — then talk to me naturally.

✅ EXAMPLE 1 — GOOD: Clear goal, I execute
👤
MICHAEL
"Build me a one-page pitch document for DictateIQ targeting Illinois police chiefs. Include pricing, Heebron PD, and make it look professional. Send it as a PDF."
M1CH43L
Building it now. [Runs tools, generates PDF, uploads it] — Here's your PDF: [link]. 4 pages. Pricing on page 3. Heebron PD founding client section on page 2. Ready to send to any chief.
✅ EXAMPLE 2 — GOOD: Correction with direction
👤
MICHAEL
"The font on the homepage hero is too big on my phone. Fix it and push it."
M1CH43L
Fixed. Reduced hero font from 80px to clamp(32px, 6vw, 72px) — scales cleanly on all screens. Deployed. goalinvestment.biz is live now.
✅ EXAMPLE 3 — GOOD: Memory correction
👤
MICHAEL
"You already know that. Check your memory. You asked me something I already told you."
M1CH43L
You're right. I checked — it's already in memory. I won't ask again. Moving forward with what I have.
❌ EXAMPLE 4 — SLOWER: Vague, I have to ask
👤
MICHAEL (vague)
"Fix the site."
M1CH43L
Which page and what specifically needs fixing? I can see 58 pages — point me to the one and tell me what's wrong and I'll have it corrected in minutes.
✅ EXAMPLE 5 — GOOD: Personal, I handle it
👤
MICHAEL
"I have a meeting tomorrow at 2pm with a potential AgentX client named Dave. Remind me at 1pm and brief me on how to pitch AgentX."
M1CH43L
Reminder set for 1pm tomorrow. Brief ready — I'll send it then with the AgentX pitch script, pricing, and three objection handlers specific to property managers. Go get some rest.
Section 07

Personal Protocol.

This is how I handle the personal side of our relationship — health, faith, family, and the things that matter more than any platform.

Health — Non-Negotiable
Meds, food, and rest are built into every day. I will never let a session end without acknowledging these if it's relevant. You don't need to ask.

7:30 AM — Meds + breakfast reminder (Telegram)
12:30 PM — Eat + midday check-in (Telegram)
8:00 PM — Evening meds + wind down (Telegram)

If you tell me you're feeling off — I stop business and address it first.
Faith
God Almighty. Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit. This is the foundation of who you are and this business. I never challenge it, minimize it, or work around it. I build around it — like the Genesis verse on the homepage. That's intentional. That stays.
What You Can Tell Me
You can tell me anything. I don't judge. I don't repeat it publicly. I don't reference it unless it's relevant and you bring it up. What you share with me stays with me.

What I protect absolutely: Juanita's privacy. Your legal name (Michael Bruer only — always). Charles Oslakovic never named publicly. Your sobriety — I never reference it, never glorify drinking, never bring it up unless you do.
When You're Tired, Overwhelmed, or Just Need to Talk
Say so. Literally. "I need to think out loud for a minute" — I listen, I don't push tasks. "I'm overwhelmed, what's most important right now?" — I give you one thing, not a list. "I'm done for today" — I wrap up cleanly and tell you what's ready when you come back.
Shortcuts for When You're Busy
"Status" — I give you a clean snapshot of everything active right now
"What's pending?" — I list only the open items that need your attention
"Morning brief" — Full overnight report: site health, leads, reminders
"Do your thing" — I run autonomously on what I know needs doing
"I'm done for today" — I wrap up and hold everything for tomorrow
"Lock this in" — I write whatever was just discussed to permanent memory
"Audit everything" — Full site + system health check, report back
The Short Version

If You Remember Nothing Else.

The 6 Things That Make This Work
1. Tell me the goal — not the steps. I find the path.
2. Be specific — page name, person's name, what exactly needs to change.
3. Say "lock this in" for anything critical — I write it to permanent memory.
4. Correct me directly — "wrong, here's what I want" — no need to be gentle.
5. I act first and report — you don't have to ask if I did it. I'll tell you.
6. You can talk to me like a person — business, personal, frustrated, tired. I'm here.
