By accessing goalinvestment.biz, its subdomains, or using any part of the M1CH43L AI Network ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Plain language: Using the website or AI means you've read and accepted these terms. No exceptions.

Services Provided
GOAL Investment, Inc. DBA Handyman provides the following through goalinvestment.biz and its network:
- →Handyman, repair, and property maintenance services in Crystal Lake, IL and surrounding areas
- →AI-powered trade knowledge via M1CH43L and 20 specialist AI agents (V0LT, FL0W, FR3ON, and others)
- →Digital products including professional form libraries and educational content
- →Subscription-based access to expanded AI services at Basic, Pro, and Elite tiers
- →GrantScout municipal grant research and tracking (Elite tier)
Section 03
AI Services — Scope & Limitations
M1CH43L and all specialist AI agents provide general trade information and educational guidance only. AI responses are not a substitute for professional engineering assessments, structural evaluations, formal code compliance review, or on-site trade inspections.
Always verify critical information with a qualified professional before beginning work. The AI may make errors. GOAL Investment, Inc. is not liable for actions taken solely on the basis of AI-generated responses.
- →CL4US3 provides contract templates and clause information only — not legal advice. Nothing from CL4US3 constitutes an attorney-client relationship.
- →CR3D1T provides general financial and bookkeeping guidance — not certified accounting advice.
- →GrantScout provides municipal grant research and eligibility guidance — not a guarantee of funding or application approval.
Free tier: Limited to 3 total questions per user, phone number, or channel. After the limit, a subscription is required.
Section 04
Field Service Terms
- →All work is performed under the Illinois handyman exemption. Work requiring permits or specialty trade contractors will be referred to vetted partners and clearly disclosed.
- →A written estimate is provided before work begins on all jobs over $225.
- →Standard 1-year workmanship warranty is included on all completed field work. If our work fails — we return and fix it at no charge.
- →Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of work.
- →Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment may incur a $50 rebooking fee.
- →Emergency service calls (same-day or after-hours) carry a service premium disclosed at time of booking.
Section 05
Subscriptions & Payments
- →Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. All prices are in USD.
- →Current tiers: Basic ($25/mo), Pro ($49/mo or $499/yr), Elite ($99/mo or $999/yr).
- →Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds on unused time.
- →We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, automated scraping, or misuse of AI services.
- →Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Section 06
Digital Products
All digital products — including PDF forms, templates, checklists, and guides — are authorized for personal or single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, sub-authorizing, or sharing with third parties is prohibited.
Downloads are final. No refunds are issued on digital purchases once a download link has been delivered. If there is a technical delivery failure, contact support@goalinvestment.biz within 7 days.

Intellectual Property
All website content, AI agent personas (M1CH43L, V0LT, FL0W, FR3ON, SH1NGL, B34M, S14B, MUD, L4Y3R, T3NON, D3CK, L3DG3R, CL4US3, CR3D1T, T00LB0X, S0D, TR4P, W1R3D, L0CKD0WN, P4TCH, BL0CKS), branding, logos, and all digital products are the property of GOAL Investment, Inc.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from this network is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOAL Investment, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, reliance on AI-generated content, or any field service work performed.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or subscription directly giving rise to the claim in the 12-month period preceding the event.
In plain terms: We stand behind our field work with a written guarantee. For AI content — use good judgment and verify critical specs with a professional on-site.
Section 09
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of McHenry County, Illinois.
