The GOAL Investment Alexa skill is provided for informational purposes — to answer questions about our services, provide contact information, and assist with service inquiries. The skill is not intended for emergency use. For emergencies, call 911.
GOAL Investment Inc. provides SMS (text message) notifications to users who have explicitly opted in to receive messages through our platforms, including DictateIQ. These terms and conditions govern the use of our SMS messaging service.
Users opt in to SMS messaging by providing their mobile phone number through a form on our website or platform and by explicitly checking a consent box confirming they agree to receive SMS messages from GOAL Investment Inc. Phone numbers are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized GOAL Investment Inc. personnel.

GOAL Investment Inc. reserves the right to modify these SMS terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via SMS or through our website. Continued use of the SMS service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOAL Investment Inc. reserves the right to terminate SMS messaging service to any user who violates these terms or who requests termination. Users may terminate their SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP.

All content, branding, and technology associated with GOAL Investment Inc., DictateIQ, AulTekVentory, GrantScout, AgentX, and GOAL OS are the exclusive property of GOAL Investment Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
GOAL Investment Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Alexa skill, website, SMS service, or any platform offered by GOAL Investment Inc.
