About GOAL Investment Inc.
From a toolbox to a technology company. Same hands. Same trust. Still fixing things.
How GOAL Started
GOAL Investment Inc. did not begin as a technology company. It began with a toolbox.
In 2013, Michael Bruer started a handyman and property services business in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He went to people's homes. He fixed their doors, their floors, their leaks, their wiring. He showed up on time, did the work right, and stood behind it. That was the business. That was the whole business.
But the clients kept asking for more. They needed inventory tracking. They needed reporting tools. They needed systems that did not exist. So Michael started building. The same hands that turned wrenches started writing software. The same trust that won the first repair job became the foundation for enterprise-grade technology platforms.
That is who GOAL is today: a company that builds technology platforms AND still picks up the tools when you need something fixed at your house or your business.
The Mission & Vision
What we do: Build technology platforms for law enforcement, property management, municipalities, and industrial operations. Provide on-site trade services across 20 specialties. Serve Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
Why we do it: Every platform, every service call, every contract funds something bigger than profit. GOAL stands for Group. Organized. Alternative. Living. The vision is a self-sufficient community where people grow their own food, generate their own power, filter their own water, educate their own children, and answer to God before they answer to a system. Technology and trade services are the funding mechanism. Community is the destination.
How we operate: Insured. Bonded. Verified. Est. 2013. We do not cut corners. We do not abandon work. We do not disappear after the invoice. One fix at a time.
Still Available for Home & Business Repairs
GOAL grew into technology, but the toolbox never went away.

The same person who built the technology platforms will come to your house and fix what is broken. Insured. Bonded. Verified. Crystal Lake and the surrounding 9-county area.
